Registered guests must be 21 years of age or older
Photo identification required at check-in
If reservation is secured by an advance deposit charged to a credit card, both credit card holder and credit card must be present at check-in
Due to space considerations, all suites have a maximum of 5 people in room (including children)
$10 per night charge for any additional adults in room (over 2)
Only one parking space per unit
Reservations and rates are only guaranteed with advance deposit, all posted rates are subject to change without notice
Extended stay package rates are not eligible for any additional discounts
72 hour notice prior to arrival date required for advance deposit refunds
24 hour notice required for any change in departure date
Room and Floor assignments cannot be guaranteed
Check-in is after 3PM
Check-out is prior to 11AM
No pets are allowed in the building at any time
Children 18 and under are free when staying in parents room
Additional Special Requirements may be applicable to certain Holiday Weekends
Smoking or non-smoking rooms cannot be guaranteed
